Your new role
The Senior HR Advisor has a varied role which includes;

• Providing IR and ER advice to Managers
• Recruitment
• Providing coaching and mentoring
• Being involved in performance related plans

What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered for this position you will need:

• A tertiary qualification
• 3 years experience in a similar role
• Experience of implementing cultural change
• Experience working within an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisation.
