A critical part of our success is our ability to target high growth opportunities and grow our capabilities in industry specialisation, working capital and specialist expertise in areas like financial markets, cash-flow and transactional banking.
As a Senior Relationship Manager in this space, you’ll play a really important role in managing relationships at the highest level, developing a portfolio of medium to large diverse businesses with average lending requirements between 5M - 50M. Working closely with internal stakeholders to meet your customer’s needs, you’ll also have the opportunity to grow your portfolio through networking and acquiring new to bank customers. More than just a bank, we’re in the business of supporting Australian businesses.

What do I need?
We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Relationship Manager with ambition and a good energy! You’ll have a strong commercial lending background covering cashflow lending, credit analysis and deal structuring. A natural people-person, you’ll boast an impressive track record in business development, including the acquisition of new to bank customers and a well-established network of referral sources.
