Description Position: Senior Staff Specialist / Staff Specialist (Infectious Diseases) Location: Rockhampton Classification: L25 - L27; L18 - L24 Status: Permanent Full Time Come to sunny Rockhampton, Central Queensland to provide direct high-quality care to clients with infectious diseases (including HIV/AIDS, Hep B and C and Tuberculosis) in both acute and non-acute service settings. The Infectious Diseases Physician will work within an inter-professional Blood Borne Virus and Sexual Health service, Hospital in the Home (HiTH), Specialist Outpatient service and provide inpatient consultancy of these and other infectious diseases at the Rockhampton Hospital and within CQ Health. You will also provide leadership for the CQ Health Antimicrobial Stewardship Program in collaboration with other key clinicians. Salary Information (L25 - L27; L18 - L24): Total remuneration value of up to $417,693 p.a. (L24) or $456,506 p.a. (L27) is comprised of; A salary between $220,269 - $233,538 p.a. (L25 - L27) or A salary between $184,196 - $213,953 p.a. (L18 - L24) 12.75% employer superannuation contribution 17.5% leave loading Additional benefits to this role include: Professional Development Leave 3.6 weeks p.a.
