The Position

  • Admin support to the strata management team
  • Issuing all notice of meetings for buildings across the team portfolio
  • Carrying out work from the minutes
  • Managing all insurance claims across the portfolio
  • Managing all insurance renewals across the portfolio

The Criteria

  • Previous experience within the strata industry
  • Strong communication skills & attention to detail
  • High-level computing skills
  • Experience managing insurance claims/renewals
