Floor walking/ Desktop Support Engineer

* Based in Crown Street Wollongong
We are working with a client that who are looking for floor walkers for their new desktop installs on the 21/3/2022 to help resolve any issues.
What you need:

• Impeccable communication
• At least 1 years’ experience within Desktop Support- Experience using the following tech stack;
• Office 365*
• Microsoft 365
• Azure AD- ConnectWise/ ServiceNow
• Microsoft 2019
• Datta Backups
• onPrem & online exchange
• MSP background

Key Responsibilities include:

• Providing hands-on hardware and software support for Active Directory,
  operating system builds from image and troubleshooting
• Providing face to face support and occasionally on-field support
• Manage the tickets raised by the service ticketing system
• Installing, moving, adding, and changing equipment and software
• Maintenance of Client’s Network
• Performing proactive and reactive troubleshooting to identifying potential problems
• Provide reports as requested by the management or by the customer
• Use remote software tools to monitor all the devices
