Foreman - Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be part of team that allows you to flourish and take responsibility for overseeing works on site. This company wants you to learn the ropes to further progress your career, to become a future Site Manager. They undertake a variety of New Build, Fitout and Refurbishment Projects From $5M to $80M in value. Project types: Commercial Office, Education, Health, Defence, Government, Retail and industrial.

Site Manager - This company is a national builder and has a lot of work in and around Brisbane on a variety of projects from $1M - $150M. They look after their employees, have proper systems in place and work across a number of sectors. A variety of fitout, refurbishment and new build. Project types: Commercial office, Hospitality, Retail, Aged Care, Defence, Education and Healthcare.

Site Manager - Oversee all operational works on site and be supported by 1-2 Foreman. Provide mentoring and growth opportunities for the team and take charge of the day to day running of site. This company truly appreciates their people and staff their project properly. They undertake a variety of New Build, Fitout and Refurbishment Projects From $5M to $80M in value. Project types: Commercial Office, Education, Health, Defence, Government, Retail and industrial.

Site Manager - Brisbane and Gold Coast, Working on multi-residential projects up to $30M in value. Be a part of a great team and various positions available. Must have previous experience working with high-end finishes.

Site Manager - Work on a variety of Retail, Government and Education projects up to $15M in value. Be supported by a strong Construction Manager who is wanting to grow the business and the team around him.

Your Role will be to co-ordinate and oversee the operational works on the site on a daily basis. The key overall responsibilities are workplace health and safety and quality on site. The site supervisor will deal with sub-contractors and trades as well as suppliers onsite. In addition you will deal with issues raised throughout the day’s work ensuring they are dealt with to achieve continuity on site, ensure Safety is maintained and works are being undertaken in accordance with plans, specifications, scopes, codes, and regulations.

Your Experience
• At least 2-5 years recent experience as a supervisor/ Foreman
• Have experience within Multi-residential OR Commercial construction sector
• Come from a Trade background (Carpentry ideally)
• Ability to organise the methodology and programme of works (Site Manager only)
• OH&S, conducting safety inspections and co-chairing toolbox meetings
• First aid certificate
• Strong communication, Organisational and problem solving skills
