This is an exciting opportunity to join our Older Person’s Community Mental Health Team!

What you’ll be doing

Provide a high quality social work service to patients, clients, consumers and their family/carers to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes consistent with our policies, procedures, standards, relevant legislation and the NSW Health Code of Conduct. This position provides a service to Older Persons Mental Health Units across the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District.
