Set lakeside across 11 acres of lush tropical gardens, the hotel offers 162 spacious, well-appointed rooms, with views across the lake or pool or through the gardens. The Role

As a Sous Chef, your day-to-day duties will include assisting the Exec Chef in maintaining a smooth and efficient kitchen operation, ensuring that meals are of high quality and prepared in a professional manner along monitoring younger kitchen staff.

Skills & Attributes

• 2 years previous experience as Sous Chef
• Strong leadership and effective communication skills
• Ability to manage conflict, remain calm under pressure
• Excellent work ethic and highly motivated
• Passion for, and a sense of pride in your work
