The role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Stakeholder Specialist based within a very well-known Australian company within the utility infrastructure sector.
  • Be experienced in providing coordination to support a busy stakeholder engagement team, including ensuring high-quality follow-up practices and processes to support the stakeholder activities.
  • Excellent coordination and administration skills, including coordinating meetings, agendas, and minutes, arranging to follow up materials and communications, sorting stakeholder team logistics and schedules.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with approachable, mature, and engaging manner.
  • Experience working in a public-facing role in either local government, community services, and/or event management.
  • Experience arranging stakeholder events and materials.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
