Store Manager - Jewellery - Northern Suburbs

The Company

The Role

As the Store Manager you will be responsible for displaying exceptional support to not only your team but customers. You will have strong problem solving skills, be adaptable to everyone you come into contact with, be able to think outside the box and create a unique experience for all of your clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Exceptional customer service both over the phone and face to face
  • Strong operational skills
  • Confidently fulfil day to day tasks
  • Provide assistance, training, development and support for your team
  • Have exceptional written/verbal communication skills
  • Natural leader who is confident and driven to succeed
  • Meet, exceed and drive KPIS
  • Conduct performance reviews for your team
