THE CLIENT Our client is a leading provider of behavioural therapy and allied health services in New South Wales and are one of the Hunters best know NDIS providers. With over 10 years experience they have the best of the best systems in place to support their clients. By joining this boutique company, you will have genuine input to making a difference to the community!

Their head office is based in Honeysuckle and have recently opened offices in Brisbane and Melbourne..... this is only the beginning!!

This is a pivotal role and newly created, needed due to the demand for services including the extensive future plans for growth. You will be the cornerstone to build and maintain relationships with the team internally (and external relationships) in order to manage recruitment demand across Australia.

You will be trusted to hand pick people to join them on their mission to providing assessable, authentic, therapy services. Managing the process from attraction through to onboarding.

We are looking for a person who will go hand-in-hand with the company culture, think hard working but friendly and vibrant personalities (with perks including dinners out + a free gym membership!).

Attractive part time flexibility, the client is open about what this looks like so suggest what you’d prefer!

Most importantly you will know how to headhunt! The ability to search, refine and target candidates from a number of platforms including LinkedIn is a must. If you enjoy autonomy and creating and managing your own processes then this role will suit you.

We will consider candidates coming from agencies who want to break into in-house recruiting. If your title suggests “Coordinator” but you’ve actually done it all than that we will consider this too!

  • Ideally 3 years recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting allied health professionals a bonus (psychologists, social workers, behaviour support practitioners)
  • Ability to ask the right questions to understand business strategies and needs
  • A people person, professional and emotionally intelligent
