The Client:

Our Client located in the Gladesville area is known for its sophisticated branding, forward-thinking style, and innovative approach to Real Estate. Backed by a top-selling Director, this office will provide the chosen candidate with incredible support and guidance needed to kickstart their Real Estate Career. The team is seeking a Trainee Property Manager to join their experienced team.

The Role:

This position is Monday to Friday only and will see you learning the ropes of Real Estate and be guided by a top-performing department head. Your daily duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Assist Property Management team with day-to-day duties of 300 properties
• Respond to potential tenant inquiries via emails & phone calls
• Conduct open for inspections & private inspections
• Prepare lease documents & lease sign ups
• Conduct reference checks for potential tenants
• Conduct routine inspections
• General Ad Hoc

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess the following;

• Previous Real Estate Leasing experience is desired however not necessary
• A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Must be well presented & groomed
• A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
• A good attitude!
• Must be looking to pursue a career in Property Management
