The Department of Corporate and Digital Development (DCDD) provides essential corporate functions to the Northern Territory Government, efficiently and effectively enabling agencies to focus on their core business, Human Resources is one of the key enterprise services provided by DCDD for the NTPS.

As the Director of Workforce Relations you will lead and manage a team of Workforce Relations specialists delivering client-focussed generalist and specialised HR management support and advice. Working collaboratively with HR Business Partners, Senior Directors and Executives you will help guide, influence and provide expert advice on strategic and operational workforce relations activities.

Your extensive knowledge relating to the methodology, systems and procedures across the broad spectrum of HR disciplines, and your understanding of HRM, continuous improvement and change management will be well received your clients. As will your strong leadership, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
