A community based non Government agency providing services to disadvantaged young people and their families is seeking mature, energetic people for: YOUTH RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT/CASEWORKERS Full-time and casual positions in Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Goulburn, Queanbeyan ESSENTIAL: Competency in positive interpersonal relationships; Proven and competent written, verbal, administration skills: demonstrated commitment to high ethical practice; Proven experience working with young people/families; Diploma (commenced or willingness to obtain) in youth work, community services or other relevant field. Driver’s licence, own transport, telephone; Available for shift work. CONDITIONS: Dependent on position, experience and qualifications, $64,482-$80,020 dependent on experience and qualifications, generous salary packaging with income taxation savings through FBT exempt arrangements. Casual range $40.68 - $46.93 dependent on role and experience. Plus on-costs and penalties. Career opportunities.
